This was our go-to for Christmas dinner. Everyone got what they wanted and the food was ready exactly on time. Spiced lightly to our taste, perfect.

This is my new favorite spot for Indian. Biggest reason is that chefs are consistent. There is another place that I won't mention that one time all the food is spot on and the next time it's dry and no good. Consistency in a restaurant is a critical thing. I like this Indian spice for this reason. ONLY complaint I have is small. The tandoori chicken meal comes with naan. I also ordered a side is naan with cilantro and garlic. We only recieved the side order. Not the regular naan that comes with the tandoori dinner. Otherwise all the food was absolutely delish.

My girlfriend and I came here a couple of years ago and swore we'd never return after eating probably the blandest and ironically most spiceless Indian food we'd ever had despite the restaurant's name. We decided to give it another chance last night since we had an entertainment book coupon and boy are we glad we did!! Everything was top notch. Turns out they have been under new management and ownership for 2 months now. They have a different chef who actually knows how to make top quality Indian food. Sadly, it was a Saturday night around 6:30 and we were the only customers in the joint. Anyone who's had a bad experience with Indian Spice in the past needs to come back and give this place another chance. The difference was like night and day. We ordered veggie Samosas, Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Mango chicken curry and garlic naan. Everything was 10/10 and I'm already looking forward to leftovers for lunch. We got everything medium spicy since my girlfriend is a bit of a spice wimp and it still had a really nice little heat kick to it but not too hot for her to enjoy. We'll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Was craving some Indian food and found this spot of maps. 10/10 hands down, no complaints about the food or service. The spice level was perfect, dumplings were amazing and employees were very nice. It's a pretty open space, we were the only ones here today and we didn't understand why because of how good the food was! Everyone must try and check this place out.

I decided to come back for lunch. They no longer have the buffet, but they do have lunch specials from opening until 3 PM. I decided to order the lunch special with Chef's special chicken curry . he asked what my spice level, and I said not too much. Medium to mild. Well obviously, there was a loss in translation somewhere, because the curry was pretty spicy. Right up to the very edge of what I can handle for spicy. There was a salad that was basically onions and tomatoes, the tomatoes helped cut down the spice a little bit. It tasted OK, it was just way too hot. It came with two sides, which were good, as well as naan, and basmati rice, which I love. The price was reasonable. I will come back again, just the next time I will be absolutely sure to ask for the mild. Thank you.

If your in the Rancho Cordova area, you have to come and visit Indian Spice Restaurant! The food here tasted amazing and the service was great! I came here with a friend, and we ordered the Samosas as an appetizer. These Samosas were huge! Samosas is a must when going to an Indian Restaurant! I also decided to go with the Lamb Lunch Plate, and the portions here was huge! It came with curry and some type of vegetable curry. The lamb was very good, the only thing I would complain about is I ordered very spicy and this wasn't spicy at all. In addition the water tasted funny. I would rate this 3.5 stars but I rounded up because the food tasted good and the service, would recommend if your into Indian Food and in the area.

O yummy! Love the chicken biryani, tasted just like the ones in Singapore. Chicken curry was mild and delicious. Butter chicken goes well with the plain rice and naan. Everything was spot on. I had a cup of chai tea. All in all 56 including tax before tip was worth it. Go here for your next lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.
